Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Metamorphoses Objects. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our delivery policy.
Custom Fees and Taxes
Metamorphoses Objects is a Dutch company that ships items globally and is not liable for any form of custom fees or taxes applicable on the items purchases from the Metamorphoses Objects shop. There is a possible chance that your country may charge import duties on the items ordered through Metamorphoses Objects. We strongly suggest you get acknowledged about your local Customs policy before ordering from Metamorphoses Objects.
Shipment processing time: all orders are processed once ready. Delivery time may depend on the lead-time of the object. If the item is in stock orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Small Size Objects (less than 10 kg)
FEDEX / DHL
When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be send by e-mail. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, the driver will automatically attempt a second delivery on the next business day (free of charge).
10-15 business days
Calculated according to package size and delivery postcode.
Large Size Objects (10 kg or more)
A personalized shipping quote will be emailed before the purchase. Metamorphoses Objects works with specialized transporters to ship all orders.
Please note that we are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you are happy with your order! However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it, in the original packaging and in perfect condition, with a copy of your receipt and we will arrange exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping. Please note you are responsible for the return back to us.
Damage during transportation
If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery. Always keep your receipt. If you notice any damages when you unpack your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, clear pictures of the damaged item and damaged packaging. To be able to claim damaged goods we need to notify the transport company within 1-3 working days. Therefore we appreciate it if you could report the damage within 72 hours.
1. Notify us in a clear statement to email@example.com before the cancellation period has cancelled. Provide your name and order information. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Custom made pieces cannot be returned since they are created especially for you and can’t be reused after being returned.
3. All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria.
4. Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service so that the product and your refund isn’t lost.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will refund the amount paid for the product, including the initial shipping fee (the shipping to your home). Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days from the date we received your return notification.
